Repeated during MK Ultra was use of reflector light munted on hospital car behind which during emergency response fire rescue truck would drive. Did this during MK Ultra through emergency response exercises(CLAIMED IT WAS ONLY FOR EXERCISES - NEW TRAINEEES) which were involved in MK Ultra. Local fire rescue refused to give names of those involved in incident and have based instead followed up based on MK Ultra brainwash to create additional incident at local fire station upon my follow up on incident.
Driving arround with use of emergency reflector lights next to use emergency lights signaling used for rescue of people at the accident locations is highly prohibited as it blinds other drivers.
Local psychiatrist Peter Kapš was thrilled about use of one on me during my driving - Igor Juršič was directly involved in crime which was tested even on some foreign observers whose names I wouldn't mention. Evaluated by American side. Krka pharmaceutical(security and management) also was involved in brainwash pertainingg to incident.
These reflectors are mounted atop of car roof. First play with such lights dates way back in time, but claimed me dudn't have such lights yet - even in 2010 and even 2012 I was claimed such lights don't exist mouted on Novo mesto hospital vehicles - claimed me car was from another region in Slovenia. Incidents involving local uniformed criminals repeated also in 2014, 2015, 2016
AMERICANS APPEARED REGISTERED FIRST SUCH INCIDENT IN DISTANT 1998(repeated in 2000, and even 2004 - all during my stay in USA from where I was hijacjked to Slovenia) - OR THEY AT LEAST KNEW FOR ONE WOULD TAKE PLACE
