Beginning 2004 - 2008, a police officer whom I suspect answered 113 telephone call today 
participated to unusual practice during which Oliver Ilić(man about whom I wrote already enormously about on now deleted blog - 15.000 pages dedicated to MK Ultra crime government enforced), begun to laugh in my face asking me as per how long do I think it takes to pronounce one as definitely dead - basically signalled me that to resuscitate individual which in this case would be my father, its only possible within 15 minutes of one being pronounced as dead. INSISTED ME WITH PSYCHIATRIST PETER KAPŠ AT HOME FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE AND POLICE ON HOW I WOULD SAVE FATHER ONLY IF INQUIERING POLICE ASSISTANCE IMMEDIATELY(played with my sanity together with Robert Golob claiming me my father would be murdered at his urgency department) - Oliver Ilić then sickened with even what would be up to two hours period - this crime was REPEATEDLY enforced by Serbian chetnik Oliver Ilić from 2004 all the way to 2012. Way before than what I suggested was 2008 and at least till 2012 with still asking afterwards about how long can person still be resuscitated in case of shock or whatever one gestured would get my father killed. They even openly hallucinated would use pillows to choke one - from nurse Janko to police.
